This is the second card I got, the first one was a capital one. I had a banking account with BOA and just decided to get it. I prefer the website and app slightly to capital one (though they are both good). I also like the fact that I could check and monitor my fico score.

I have had a late payment once and was not charged any late fee. I lost my card once and it was replaced with no problems. Customer service has been great to me.

I already have a Bank of America checking and savings account when I got this card. So I was pretty familiar with the website and app. I use the card mainly for some grocery shopping and eating out. Payment is very easy through the website or app.

This was the first card I got when I was a freshman. I like that you get to see your FICO score and you get alerts when it is ready for viewing. The website is easy to navigate and I like the app too. The reason I chose this account was because my parents had set up a bank account with BOA when I was a kid.

I got this card during my sophomore year and got a $1000 credit limit. I was working part-time so that was probably I got that limit. I never had any problems with the card. The app is good and I also like getting the free fico score. In fact, once my score increased, I applied for a capital one card so now I have 2 cards!

I had this card since I was a freshman and it has definitely helped me build my credit. I got this card after opening my BOA checking account. The website is intuitive and I use the app all the time. I even set up autopay with my checking account and I can also check my credit score through their site. I believe that it is the Transunion FICO.

I once had a couple of fraudulent charges on my itunes app store. I called BOA and they took care of it. Sent me a new card which arrived in a couple of days. Customer service is excellent.

I got this card in my senior year. I was working part-time and had some income to report which is why I think I got a slightly higher limit than usual. Prior to this, I have a Discover and Capital One. I decided to get this card because I have a BOA checking and savings account. Like Discover, you can check your FICO score. BOA is using TU while DIscover uses Experian so it is good for me to know both.

This is my first credit card and I had no credit history when I applied for it though I do have a BOA account. After six months of using the card and paying on time, they doubled my credit limit fro $500 to $1000.

I like the website and app as they are very easy to use. Do not forget to enroll in the free fico score. I found that to be really helpful.

I tried applying for Discover and Citi but was denied. Since I had a BOA checking account, I decided to apply for this card and was approved. You can enroll to get a free fico score. My credit score was going up every couple of months and after nine months, I decided to get a second card and got approved for the capital one journey. So this card has definitely helped me build a credit history. The customer service is great and so is the web site and their app.
