Pulaski Bank issues two credit cards that are catered to those with excellent credit. The apr offered on these two credit cards are fixed rate (not variable) and are perhaps one of the lowest apr credit cards around. Those who have excellent credit and are looking for a low apr credit card should consider these credit cards.
 

The Pulaski Bank MasterCard� or VISA� has one of the lowest fixed interest rate which presently is at 7.99%. It is one of the rate credit cards that uses the monthly rather than daily periodic rate and also gives 25 days grace period (versus the 20 days given by most cards these days).
