Unlike the previous two cards, the Sterling VIP Prepaid Visa Debit Card has no credit builder service. It is a basic prepaid credit card. However, it is one of the rare ones that allow you to load your card from Money Gram.


The Impact Visa is a prepaid debit card that also has a credit builder program. Hence, like the VIP Visa and the Prepaid Visa card, you can use this card to establish your credit.
