The apr offered on these two credit cards are fixed rate (not variable) and are perhaps one of the lowest apr credit cards around. The Pulaski Bank MasterCard® or VISA® has one of the lowest fixed interest rate which presently is at 7.99%. It is one of the rate credit cards that uses the monthly rather than daily periodic rate and also gives 25 days grace period (versus the 20 days given by most cards these days).
