Rewards and Benefits: Poor - not happy, looking for a new card perhaps.
Cost and Fees: Poor - high annual fees and/or high apr
Customer Service: poor - poor service, rude, could not get things resolved.
Comments : I seen this as an email came in and I thought I would fill it out and see if I would qualify. Though after filling out the application, then the fees were stated and I didn't want to go on . However, my account was charged and I don't even want the card. I think this is a very unfair process, it doesn't state that you are automatically signing up for the card by filling up an application! I haven't received any information on this card. I want my fees reversed and I'm having a hard time. I REALLY do not like this!

How long have you had this card?: less than 1 year
Rewards and Benefits: Not relevant - my card is a basic card with no rewards
Cost and Fees: Poor - high annual fees and/or high apr
Customer Service: poor - poor service, rude, could not get things resolved.
Comments : I was tricked when getting this card. There is a processing fee of $50 and an application fee of about $90 plus another $10 for something else. They have three browsers you have to visit in order to receive all of this information. Then there are fees for everything you do with your card or a service for the card. And on top of it the customer service was horrible. They didn't seem to care if I was inconvenienced by a problem and they weren't
willing to resolve it. I would say go to your bank and get a card because you will go broke having this one.

Editor's Comment - It just goes to show how important it is to read the terms and conditions before you apply for a credit card, but especially for one that charges application fees etc. The Vue Visa Card is no longer offered on our website. If you are looking for a prepaid debit card, we suggest you consider the Wired PlasticTM Prepaid Visa® Card as it has perhaps the lowest cost and fees among all prepaid cards.
