Rewards and Benefits: Not relevant - my card is a basic card with no rewards
Cost and Fees: Excellent - no annual fee and low apr

Rewards and Benefits: Poor - not happy, looking for a new card perhaps.
Cost and Fees: Poor - high annual fees and/or high apr
Customer Service: poor - poor service, rude, could not get things resolved.
Comments : I had received the card and did not totally understand that the merchandise that is in the catalog, most of it (anything good at least) you have to pay up front for and cannot put it on the card. I cancelled my subscription and lost my $149 enrollment fee. But I am still getting charged every month $10. I cannot find where to call them and stop this as I had thrown out the papers and the card for this. I cannot find their number
anywhere. If you can help it would be great. But at least warn others of this.
