Cost and Fees: Good - no annual fee and moderate apr
Customer Service: poor - poor service, rude, could not get things resolved.
Comments : I do not receive the gasoline bill until the 17th or 18th of
the month and it is due on the 27th of the month. Nine or
ten days is not enough time to send payment unless I write
the check the day I receive the bill. If you mail the bill
to me on the 7th for some reason it takes 10 days to get
here. I talked to customer service about this and the lady
hung up on me after being very brunt with me. I have paid every bill in full, on time but I do not like the time frame that I have to send the payment. I will only pay the bill by sending a check to you.
