Hi,
Do you have a no fee credit card
If so where do I find the details?
The card I have now collects miles that are more trouble than they are worth.
I would rather not pay a yearly fee to be so bothered.
Thanks

My email to Citi on my latest & last phone experience:
Hi,
Thank you for your apparently computer-generated email response. Per your suggestion I called 800 950-5114, and was annoyed and disappointed.
Details:
I reached "Alvin" in India. He asked for confidential information which I provided. Then in response to my query about what no-fee cards are available from Citibank he very hurriedly responded there where too many to
discuss. When I asked where I could find this information, he launched into a sales-blitz about the benefits of a "credit protection" service, which I insisted I did not want. After having to interrupt him several times with
my insistence I did not want what he was selling, he graciously said he would transfer me to the "web site support" group who would direct me to the cards available. I then received a white noise on the phone then a dial tone. I had been hung up on.
Your computerized-India-assisted-customer-response-system needs a tune-up.
In my past experience the service calls I have placed that were taken by reps in Asia have been very well serviced and polite. I hope this latest experience isn't a omen of things to come. Pushy, heavily accented, hard to understand, reps pushing products when I am trying to get my account serviced.
It would make a great skit for Saturday Night Live.
-end of note-
Would you recommend this card?: No
Editor's Comment - Since Andrew's post, Citi has introduced the CitiŽ BronzeŽ/AAdvantageŽ MasterCardŽ, which has no annual fee. With this card you earn one mile for every two dollars that you spend on the card.
